Members of SMBA have made us aware of their need to constantly review and improve customer care, whether through face-to-face transactions (retail/professional services) or within supply chains. South Molton Business Association have organised a talk by Janet Phillips, Director of ‘anew South West‘, who will be delivering the presentation:
Customer Service – Be extraordinary not ordinary!
Surveys show that 8 out of 10 people would choose a brand because of better customer service over price. Good customer service is important to every business in every sector, but being extraordinary is vital to thrive. Where is your differentiator? Join Janet for a journey of discovery into customer service insights.
Janet is an experienced, licenced Professional Coach & Trainer, having delivered services to major high street banks, utilities service businesses and many others within the tourism, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and engineering sectors. No improvements have been carried out between Tiverton and South Molton at this stage. Work has happened between Bideford and Barnstaple but unfortunately this does not help South Molton in the short term.
There is a ‘Link Road’ consultation exhibition at the Amory Centre (South Molton) on Friday 23rd June 2017 – 12pm to 8pm.
